Decision Framing for Project Management Online Course
The focus of this workshop is for project teams and facilitators to become very efficient and comfortable with framing all types of decision problems, from the simple to the complex. In this course, attendees are provided with an overview of Decision Quality. They will learn to take a room full of issues, with a group of people, and individually, and make perfect sense of it: define the problem, focus the problem, define the alternatives, and identify the risks and uncertainties making it difficult to choose. There is also an opportunity for the participants to frame their own real project problems such that they can immediately start to apply different aspects of Decision Quality and solidify their learnings.

Module 1 – Decision Quality Process & Facilitation Principles
Learn the basics of Decision Quality with an introduction to the workflow and tools.
Develop efficient skills by learning decision framing using an industry relevant case study.
Module 2 - Agenda Development & Decision Maker Meetings
Learn to clean up decision frames and expert interviewing techniques to further expand decision framing and management communication skills.
Apply newfound skills to pre-frame a real decision problem brought by participants.
