How to Register for decision frameworks public webinars

1. Launch ExxonMobil’s Runaware Software. Info at: Runaware third-party eMeeting Service (xom.com)
2. Connect to the Runaware Homepage and click on Microsoft Edge. You will need to sign into your ExxonMobil Microsoft Account.
3. Once logged into your account, click the Launch button to open the Windows desktop. Then, type the Decision Frameworks URL into the search bar: www.decisionframeworks.com

4. Navigate to Decision Frameworks Training page and locate the webinar that you would like to register for and click on the Register button. This will prompt the GoToWebinar registration page to open. Select the time zone you wish to attend and fill out the required fields. You will be sent a confirmation email (check your junk folder) once you submit your registration. Save this email as you will not be able to add the Outlook calendar invite to your calendar directly from this page.
*Please note that you can save the meeting invitation from the confirmation email - the firewall will block the link, but the calendar file will be downloaded and can be accessed*
5. To access the webinar on your registered date and time, relaunch the conference portal through Runware: https://exxonmobil.runaware.com/Default.aspx and click on GoToMeeting.
6. Enter the meeting ID located in your registration email, and then you can join the webinar.
